Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products (herbal supplements and health consumables), we prioritize your health, safety, and hygiene. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or consumed items. Once the safety seal is broken, the product is considered ineligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items: We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the incorrect item, we are committed to making it right.
To report an issue:
Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: We require an unboxing video of the parcel showing the damage or the incorrect item clearly. Please email this proof to hunzaherbofficial@gmail.com.
Resolution: Once our team verifies the damage, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you immediately.
Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. If an item is verified as damaged or defective upon arrival, our policy is to provide a replacement of the same item.
